If you are looking for long-term benefits, an effective approach to exercise
but prefer a smaller group and more privacy, then this program is for you. Like Boot Camp, Semi-Private training sessions are designed to get results. You will get sexy, improve your overall fitness level, strength, endurance, flexibility, and tone. We incorporate interval training, cardio and body weight circuit training, but you will also get that extra attention, working with a focused instructor in small groups of 2 – 4 people. With Semi-Private Training, your instructor is able to provide more attention, targeting your specific needs and adjusting as your fitness level develops. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself wishing your trainer would pay
less attention to you – but that’s what we’re here for!
Our certified trainers will be there to assist in improving your fitness or simply helping you reach a specific goal, (ex: touch your toes, lose some weight, find your abs, see your behind, see less of your behind, be extra sexy!. This package is great for getting you on the right track and helping you stay there. It’s an excellent alternative to boot camp when you need just a bit more focus on you to suit your fitness needs.

6 Week Semi-Private Training Package FAQ's
How do I sign up?
You can REGISTER online or Call us at 917 808-1321 or Toll Free at 718 634-3821 to set up your
pre-camp registration appointment. At this appointment you will complete a simple registration form, make your payment by cash or credit card, and complete a pre-training evaluation.
What is the Pre-Training Evaluation?
A pre-training evaluation is a simple procedure designed to help us determine your fitness level, needs and goals. It includes briefly reviewing your medical history, answering any questions you may have about fitness training and recording your weight and measurements.
Why must you take my weight and measurements?
We take your weight and a few simple measurements to see where you are before you start your training package. We take them again after you have completed the package as a part of assessing your fitness improvements. We don't care what the measurements show, you don’t even have to look at them. It is strictly for an after fitness training comparison. These numbers and all your information will be kept private. Endurance, body fat reduction, improved strength are also great indicators that your fitness is improving.
What do I need to bring to train?
Generally nothing but yourself and your water to keep yourself hydrated during training. Your instructor will inform you if you will need to bring anything else, but it is unlikely that this will occur.
How many days a week is my program?
Semi-Private Training is a 6 week program with 3 days of training per week. When you register you will select from our availability a session time that is convenient for your schedule. You must use your 3 sessions each week. This will achieve the best results. If you do not use your sessions within the week you will lose those sessions. At the end of the 6 week period, it’s time for your post-training evaluation and your training package is complete.
Will I be sore?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It is part of the process that allows you to improve!
Is there a diet program included?
Nutritional counseling is available. Please ask us for more information. With nutritional counseling, we focus on helping you take the appropriate steps to in order to maximize your results and get the most out of your new healthy lifestyle.
What kinds of people will be in my group?
Just like you, our semi-private clients are people who need that extra push and a bit more focus to jump start their fitness improvement. Our clients want the best in fitness and aren’t interested in the same old gym routine.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. Don’t be surprised when your trainer pushes you to work harder. Everyone is different, focus on your individual effort to get your best results.
What is the post-training evaluation?
This is when you get re-measured and re-tested to show your progress and success as a result of your efforts in the program. Most clients return for a second and even third package, and many stay with us as their regular fitness program. We are available whatever your needs may be.
Is there a refund policy?
When you register, we reserve a space for you. If you are unable to attend due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us before your session start date. However, we will charge a $75.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another Semi-training session. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
Program Details
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Our Fitness programs are designed to strengthen, slim and tone the entire body so exercises will always include multiple body parts and include routines that utilize:
Core Conditioning – The core is the series of muscles in your midsection that support your entire body. These exercises strengthen the core mid section muscles from the inside out.
Strength Training – activities that use free weights and your body weight to create resistance which will result in increasing your strength.
Short Distance Running (less than one mile) – improves your cardiovascular strength and endurance.
Jumping Rope – improves your cardiovascular strength, endurance, coordination and balance.
Circuit Training – effectively challenges the body by increasing and decreasing the cardio and muscular output for effective Interval training benefits.
Obstacle Courses - are fun, increase balance, coordination and agility.
Pilates mat exercises - Improve core strength. Lengthen and tone muscles for a sexy lean
appearance.
Stretching – Relaxes muscles, creates a leaner appearance, improves flexibility.
