Why Fitness was established in 2003 by Charles Muir, a nationally certified personal trainer with an extensive background in weight loss programs and a decade and a half love affair with fitness and health. Many people consider personal training a luxury service, available only to the super-rich or the avid sports enthusiast, but at Why Fitness, we recognize that personalized training is one of most direct routes to improved health, strength, and confidence. At Why Fitness, we’ve been here from the start Working for a Healthier You, and we continue to offer all our clients the greatest possible opportunity to get in the best shape of their lives.

Now with our Best Bodies Boot Camps, we offer an even more affordable way to provide our clients with the best in fitness training. At less than half the cost of a standard personal training session, you can work with our fully certified, experienced trainers in a fun, motivating group environment. We are truly passionate about helping you get fit!  Our boot camp classes are designed to incorporate interval training, cardio and body weight circuit training so that our clients quickly begin to see and feel fantastic results in just a few sessions.

We also offer Semi-Private Personal Training sessions for those clients who desire more assistance or prefer a more focused environment within a small group. Both Boot camp and Semi-Private Training are cost effective alternatives to your standard one on one training session and offer a social support network which we have found helps to motivate you to your best result.
